Front Desk Coordinator
Qualifications
- Experience with high-volume calls preferred
- 3+ years of customer service experience preferred
- Must be a positive team player and able to function in a fast-paced, high volume work environment
- Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and remain organized
- Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and focused on accuracy
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and appearance

Responsibilities
- Answer multiple line telephone system and route/screen calls; provide detailed name and information descriptions
- Greet and assist visitors
- Calendar management
- Conduct case intakes and ensure appropriate handling
- Download and organizing documents into case files with appropriate notes to legal team
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
- Order and stock supplies
- Serve as a liaison between firm and external parties
Associate Attorney
Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia*
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be a self-starter and driven
- Must be able to multitask, prioritize, and function in a fast-paced, high volume work environment
- Must be detail-oriented and focused on accuracy
- Must possess excellent organizational skills
- Must demonstrate willingness to learn from partners and senior attorneys to meet client needs

Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling personal injury claims from pre-litigation through litigation
- Responsible for settlement negotiations with insurance companies
- Responsible for analyzing conflicts, legal issues, and factual issues and ensure that they are addressed effectively and efficiently
- Responsible for managing support staff
- Responsible for drafting all legal documents, including lawsuits, discovery, motions, briefs, affidavits, and settlement agreements
- Responsible for regular client communication and updates
- Responsible for conducting legal research
- Responsible for preparing for and attending all necessary depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
Case Manager
Qualifications
- 1-2 year(s) law firm experience preferred
- Excellent organizational, written and communication skills are essential
- Must be a positive team player and able to function in a fast-paced, high volume work environment

- Must possess excellent analyzing, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Must be empathetic and patient

Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling all pre-suit personal injury claims from intake to settlement
- Responsible for conducting case investigation, coordinating medical care for clients, gathering all necessary documents, and preparing all written correspondence related to claim
- Responsible for identifying and communicating potential case issues to supervising attorney
- Responsible for coordinating work efforts internally across departments to ensure case success
- Act as center of communication for client, attorney, medical providers, lien holders and insurance companies
- The position entails extensive contact with clients
