Attorney Emanuel Dressie is a long-time resident of Atlanta, GA and is passionate about helping his fellow Georgians, which is why he decided to attend law school after a successful career in accounting and finance. While attending Georgia State University College of Law, Emanuel clerked for the Honorable Judge Kimberly M. Esmond Adams of the Superior Court of Fulton County and interned at the DeKalb County Public Defender’s Office and with the Georgia Justice Project. He graduated law school with distinction for his dedication to community service.

Since graduating law school, Emanuel has quickly become known as one of the most attentive and effective personal injury and workers’ compensation attorneys in Atlanta and beyond. Attorney Ryan A. Rucker is an Atlanta native. He graduated from Georgia State University’s College of Law and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Clark Atlanta University, where he studied on a full academic scholarship.

Focused on litigation and advocacy, Ryan began his legal career during law school as an intern prosecutor with the Fulton County Solicitor’s Office. There he conducted numerous hearings and discovered his intense love for the courtroom. Nathalie Dressie

Senior Associate Attorney

Attorney Nathalie Dressie has spent much of her life in Atlanta, GA and is excited to be living and working here again. Prior to attending law school, Nathalie worked as a legal assistant at a personal injury firm right here in Atlanta.

Nathalie attended Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C. where she was an Articles Editor for the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. While attending law school, she interned with the General Counsel for D.C. Public Schools and built and designed an app that assists domestic violence survivors navigate potential legal options.

After graduating law school, Nathalie worked at one of the nation’s leading complex litigation law firms where she gained valuable experience in various stages of toxic torts and pharmaceutical products liability litigation. She is eager to use her litigation skills and her prior personal injury experience to help Georgians who have been wrongly injured.

Matthew Jones

Attorney Matt Jones is experienced in seeing cases through, from start to finish, and he has done that very thing at large, medium, and small law firms around the State of Georgia. He values the opportunity to help people who are hurting and is a compassionate advocate in their time of need. Skilled in an array of successful strategies for addressing his client’s specific needs, Matt helps his clients navigate the challenging legal process and emerge with an optimistic outlook on the future for themselves and their loved ones. In law school, Matt graduated in the top 15% of his class, was a member of the Vale Moot Court Team, President of the Student Trial Lawyers Association, and an editor of the Mercer Law Free Press. Before attending law school, Matt graduated with two degrees from the University of Georgia – a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish.

Matt has remained active in the legal community since graduating from law school outside of simply being a lawyer. He is a graduate of the Young Lawyers Leadership Academy and served as the Co-Chair for the YLD Committee of Legal Ethics and Professionalism for two terms. Matt is also a registered neutral and mediator with the Office of Dispute Resolution. Anthony McMillan II was born in Fayetteville, GA. In 2018, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mercer University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Just a few short months later, Anthony attended Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree and Master’s in Law in Dispute Resolution.

While in law school, Anthony was part of the Student Bar Association and worked as the Director of Corporate Relations for the Southern Region of the National Black Law Students Association (SRBLSA). Going into his last year of law school, Anthony received his Master’s in Business Administration from Louisiana State University at Shreveport.

She started as our Front desk Coordinator and is now working in Recruitment. Michelle continues to go above and beyond in her roles. Beatrice Rosales

Beatrice Rosales is a bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Paralegal at the Dressie Law Firm, LLC. Beatrice is a great team player who truly appreciates and embodies the ethical considerations and implications of performing her job. Beatrice adds almost a decade’s worth of experience in the personal injury and workers’ compensation field to the firm.

She earned her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Georgia. Beatrice thrives on helping others, which is only one of the qualities that makes her a perfect fit for the team. In her spare time, Beatrice enjoys outdoors activities and a little dancing here and there. Most importantly, family is everything.

Norma Onate

Norma Onate is a Paralegal at the Dressie Law Firm. She is fluent in Spanish and English. Norma graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.B.A. in Management and a B.A. in Spanish. She earned her Paralegal Certificate from Kennesaw State University’s College of Continuing and Professional Education. Norma has over seven years of experience in the personal injury field. Her expertise along with her positive and enthusiastic attitude make her an all-star addition to the firm. Outside of the office, Norma enjoys spending time with family and friends and trying new things.

Erica Silva

Erica Silva was born in the beautiful and diverse Mexico City. Erica moved with her family to Atlanta in 1989 looking for the American Dream. With her impeccable 25 years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industry, she makes a perfect team player. She is fluent in Spanish and English. Her professionalism towards El Pueblo Latino and our entire client base has been a tremendous quality enhancement at the firm. Erica is a loving mother of three beautiful children, and outside the office you will find Erica being heavily involved with her kids’ school and after school activities, as well as dancing to Marc Anthony’s music.

Yuliana Sanchez

Case Manager

Yuliana Sanchez is a Case Manager at the Dressie Law Firm. She was born in Mexico and raised in Georgia from the age of four. Yuliana has three years of experience working in the personal injury field. She found her passion for helping and fighting for injured clients while assisting and interpreting for workers’ compensation attorneys. Her excellent client relation skills and her compassionate attitude towards others make her a great asset to the firm. She is excited and eager to continue learning and acquiring new skills in her career. Outside of the office, you can find Yuliana at Lake Lanier, traveling and enjoying outings with her dog Fendi.

Daisy Rios

Case Manager

Daisy Rios was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She has been working with the Dressie Law Firm since 2022. Daisy is fluent in Spanish and English. As a Front Desk Coordinator, she is the initial point of contact at our firm. Daisy aspires to obtain her Associates Degree in marketing. By doing so, she hopes to increase her skills and better assist the firm. A fun fact about Daisy is that she is a certified EMT. The skills obtained through her EMT career have helped her work under high pressure. Daisy enjoys traveling and loves to try new restaurants with friends and family.

Diana Mejia

Case Manager

Diana Mejia was born and raised in Athens, Georgia. Her roots trace back miles away to the beautiful country of El Salvador, the land of volcanoes and pupusas. Diana is a first-generation bilingual graduate from Georgia State University with a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in International Affairs and a minor in Criminal Justice.

Her passion for uplifting minority communities led her to practice immigration law for two years. In her commitment to continue to do so, she has found her way to personal injury, where she believes she can pursue her dreams of creating a positive impact in the world and in our clients’ daily lives. Diana goes above and beyond for her clients, has an extensive background in client advocacy, and aims to provide the ultimate customer service experience.

When she needs a little motivation, you can find her watching the Harry Potter series – it reminds her that with a lot of hard work and a little bit of magic, anything is possible. Diana’s compassion and loving heart extend to animals as well. In her free time, she enjoys snuggling with her dogs, Apollo and Kobe.

Perryanna Stanciel

Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Perryanna Stanciel is one of the newest case managers at The Dressie Law Firm. Perryanna graduated from Clayton State University with her B.A. in Legal Studies in 2019 and has worked in the legal field since. As a case manager, she loves to utilize her passion for the law and helping others. Perryanna is a supportive team player who enjoys having fun while spreading joy to those who cross her path. In the near future, she plans on attending law school and dreams of becoming a judge.

When she is not at the office, you can find Perryanna being creative or watching true crime documentaries.

Samantha Martinez

Case Manager

Samantha Juliana Martinez was born and raised in Austin, Texas, where she attended a bilingual school. Samantha is a 1st generation Mexican American who is fluent in Spanish and loves to assist the Latin Community. She has over 3 years of experience in the Personal Injury Field and earned her Negotiations Certificate from LATZ Negotiation Seminar. She is finishing her BA degree in Psychology and Sociology at Kennesaw State University. With amazing interpersonal skills, Samantha offers knowledge, sympathy, and patience for anything that comes her way which makes her a great addition to the Dressie Team.

For fun, she enjoys volunteering her time at Mostly Mutts, an animal shelter, and traveling with her husband, her chihuahua named Cinnamon, and her tabby named Audrey.

Mariana Silva was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She is best described as a free spirit. She is bilingual and has a medical background as well, which contributes greatly to her current role at the firm. She has been in the legal field for about three years. Throughout her time in this field she has assisted in litigation and translation in court and also has worked and managed criminal cases, assisted with family law cases and mediation for child custody and divorce cases. Besides loving and working in the legal field, Mariana also has a passion for the beauty industry and is a licensed master cosmetologist which allows her to still enjoy this career as a part time hobby. Mariana has over 10 years of great customer service and communication skills. She is driven, kind, positive-minded, outgoing, and enthusiastic. Leslie Cruz

An Atlanta native, highly energetic and with a “ready to take over the world” type of attitude, Leslie Cruz comes to the Dressie Law Firm with an extensive background in the hospitality industry specializing in excellent customer service and public relations. She has outstanding communication skills and is fluent in English and Spanish. Leslie is our intake coordinator and assists with marketing. Her problem-solving approach to our clients’ needs provide world-class service and attention from inception. Leslie might be new to the legal industry, but she is no stranger to teamwork and excellence.

Sharlin Gonzalez

Sharlin was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, and moved to the Peach State at the age of three. She is new to the legal field but is constantly in pursuit of knowledge and new skills to become one of the best at what she does not just at our firm but also with photography, one of her many passions. Her highly empathetic eagerness to provide guidance and her vibrant energy make her a great addition to the team. Her goal is to study criminal justice and advance in the personal injury field.

Outside of work, you will find her taking pictures, attending concerts, trying new restaurants, and enjoying the simple pleasures that life has to offer.

Alejandra Canaveral

Alejandra Canaveral was born in Medellin, Colombia and immigrated to the United States at 10 years old with hopes and dreams of shining brightly. Alejandra comes to the Dressie Law Firm, having worked in the hospitality industry for the last 10 years, managing a number of high-end establishments, which she incorporated with clients immediately as she started working with us. Indeed, her inviting and warm personality makes her a great fit for our company. Persistent and hardworking, Alejandra obtained a master’s in lymphatic massages, therapeutic messages & wood therapy. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Alejandra has leveraged this skill set to provide amazing customer service to her patrons as well as connecting culturally.

A devoted mother of 3, Alejandra enjoys riding horses, loves nature and spending quality time with her children, teaching them to be kind and to have a desire to help others without a doubt.

Eduardo Gonzalez

Born in Colombia, Eduardo Gonzalez Medalla immigrated to Georgia at the age of ten with his mom and sisters. Through his pursuit of his Bachelor’s degree in journalism and his service in the U.S. Navy, he developed a strong attention to detail, a tireless work ethic, and a passion for accountability, transparency, and fairness, values that he seamlessly weaves into his interactions with our clientele and staff. He is currently studying Arabic and is preparing to take on law school with the hopes of representing marginalized communities and ensuring that justice is served for those who have been wronged.

Off the clock, he is most likely at the gym, writing songs, studying, or spending time with family.
